We want everyone to be able to learn about Room to Dig, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on this website.
On this website
- Every page works with a keyboard. A "Skip to content" link appears on the first Tab press.
- Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons use high-contrast colours on dark backgrounds.
- Background video never plays sound. It stops when your device asks for reduced motion, and it's skipped on small screens and slow or data-saving connections.
- The screenshot viewer works with the arrow keys, and Escape closes it.
- Store links say when they open a new tab.
In the game
- Four assistance levels, from Heavy (the most help) to None (full control), plus Custom to pick each helper yourself.
- Full controller support on every screen, with button prompts that match your device.
